Every evening, The Queen drives The Sun from the sky so her children, The Moon and The Stars can play safely. Her eldest, The Red Prince, keeps watch over their siblings until The Sun recovers and the little ones are forced to retreat under The Queen's skirts once more.

Any that fail to escape The Sun's harsh light are instantly turned to ash.

A series of three handprinted three-plate linocuts detailing the royal family's role in the cycle of day and night! Prints can vary slightly in color and registration, and no two prints will be identical- as minor happy accidents are a beautiful, central part of print making. 

Prints are 5x7", done in water based block printing ink on bristol.
